Protect your peace like you protect your portfolio. Say no when needed. Walk away from energy drains before they wreck your balance.
2. Back Up Your Wallet (Support System)
Your seed phrase is everything. So are your people. Keep friends, family, or a therapist close. They’re your recovery key when things crash.
3. Don’t Overtrade (Rest & Recovery)
Refreshing charts all day burns you out. Same with life. Step back, rest, and let yourself reset. Or, as they say on CT (aka Crypto Twitter), “Touch grass.” Not every move needs your energy.
4. Diversify Your Portfolio (Self-Care Routines)
Meditation. Journaling. Workouts. Creative projects. Don’t put all your self-worth into one bucket. Balance is the flex.
5. Zoom Out on the Chart (Perspective)
Bear markets don’t last forever. Bad days don’t either. When you zoom out, you see growth. It’s all about the long game.
